Bionic Woman - Volume 1 (DVD, 2008, 2-Disc Set)

It's too bad the series didn't get a chance to develop. The acting was a little too flat. Better writing might have made them seem more interesting.

The disk itself has only a few special features, like some behind the scenes stuff. I was really hoping it would have an unaired episode or two. It didn't, which surprised me as the series was cancelled suddenly, so I figured at least one episode would have been finished for the following week. I guess not.

If you loved the Bionic Woman show, you should enjoy this modernized and updated action packed steriods filled remake. The cast is believeable and compelling. There are many twists and turns to keep you guessing. Unfortunately this show premiered the year of the writers strike, so it got pushed aside. This show has great potential and I hope it get the chance to continue.

I decide to buy this movie is because of Michelle Ryan...She's hot and a very good actress...I don't know why they cancel the show

price was perfect missed many of the episodes and since the show was canceled figured I could check it out, nicely put together

To me this show was not as good as the original Bionic Woman. However, it is great adventure show with likeable characters and a great premise. The Bionics are different then the old ones, but really keep you excited throughout the episodes. I just couldn't believe it was taken off the air. First they do not release the first Bionic Woman shows in the US and then they take away the new ones - - Talk about sad!! Hope you enjoy this one.

I watched this show since it started & I really like it. I truly hope that it comes back next season. The acting is good & the special effects are good as well.

This was action-packed science fantasy with pretty spectacular special effects that did not take over the show. The scripting was good, without the repetitiveness of many television themes. The acting was good as well. I bought it because I was a fan of the 1970's Bionic Woman, and had been unable to watch it when it was on the television.

This dvd is full of action. I can't wait to see how the writers do for the next season. Jamie joins the Department of Agriculture and aids with matters that have to be dealt with after her accident and inheriting some extra metal parts within her body. A must see DVD if you like science fiction with action pack.

This was an awesome show with an awesome cast, too bad NBC is too stupid to have given it a real chance. Journeyman was also a great show also canceled by retarded NBC executives; they must be Republicans.
