This is a great book for college students, esp. Biology Majors. It goes into great detail on each topic. A big book filled with useful information

Good text for AP Biology classes, but really flimsy due to being paperback. I'd say get hardcover. Lots of useful information, great organization, great resource.

This book was required for a course. I'm glad I bought this version; I saved money on the international edition. The seller was quick in getting the book shipped and sent. I didn't have any problems. The books is lighter weight than the hardcover version my classmates have. Full color illustrations and high quality pages made my day.

Unfortunately, the book I won was out of stock. However, I was not informed of this directly and had to wait two weeks before deciding to buy the book elsewhere. Why is the book being auctioned if it's not available for immediate shipment?

When I purchased this book, STUDENTCENTRAL09 answered all my questions, they said the longest would be 12 days for the delivery... It's been 18 days, and nothing so far.. I keep on emailing them, but noone answers, I even got an autoreply saying that the person in charge had an emergency and had to be hospitalized over the weekend, now I don't even get that autoreply. I complained with Paypal, but they said it will take 10 more days to clear the dispute, they even gave me the STUDENTCENTRAL phone number (91-00914141414169), which doesn't exist. For now I just want my money back. School already started and I'm behind, I should've gotten the book from my local bookstore. I DON'T RECOMEND THIS SELLER.

I am a university student who bought a book I already had. This is very sad but this gave me the perfect opportunity to check with this sellers honesty. First of all the book came in 2 days due to the shipping. When I got the book I opened up the other edition I had it was there all there. The only person I should be mad at is the publisher for selling the same book year after year and only changing the cover. As a word of advice make sure you buy a book using the ISBN number and find the one you want. Check to see if you don't have another edition of if another edition is available locally. Finally check out this seller and even email them to see if they can get in for you. You save a bundle and you get your books ASAP. I am speaking from experience here and bottom line they have good deals.

I liked that the text was brand new, wrapped in plastic, and came with the online student help stuff.

The book is pretty nice overall except for a few wrinkles on the edges (probably due to the shipping process).
