
Billy Blanks - Ultimate Tae Bo (2007)
I have been doing Tae Bo since Aug. 08, six days a week. I love this DVD! I worked up a sweat and it was a great workout. I like how Billy doesn't go overboard on repetitions of the same move, like he does in other workouts. He keeps it moving and even threw in some new moves and combo's that were easy to pick up. If you're a beginner I would suggest one of his other DVD's that explains the moves first before jumping in, however, this workout is great for all levels of Tae Bo. The workout is what you make it!
