
Too much down time...

I like the movements and when Billy finally kicks it up a bit, but generally there's way too much free time that, I found, had to be filled doing other aerobic exercises. Some movements are also a bit repetitive. This workout is definitely more for beginner/intermediate than advanced, as it will only keep your heart rate up in periodic intervals--I would suggest that if you consider your level to be "advanced," refrain from purchasing this DVD. It is NOT Ultimate Tae Bo (the VHS Advanced workout was much better!)
