I love Billy's Tae Bo DVD's and have been doing them for a few years now. I was getting tired of them and wanted something different. I thought the funk would add some fun, but in my opinion, funk and tae bo just don't go together. Some of the moves are hard to do with the styling. It's not bad if you just want something to play around with in between serious workout days.
