I gave up on Billy Blanks after trying his Boot Camp workout (too difficult), but I tried this on chance and now I'm hooked again! This workout is not as demanding as most of his workouts, but it is just as effective and just as much fun! It is full of his usual kick-boxing type moves. No floor work. No equipment used. Not much of an upper body workout, though. It's 40 minutes of cardio, ballance, flexibility, and coordination. You get a pretty good lower body workout, but not as good as other workouts deliver. He is very motivating (as usual) and you don't even feel like you are working while you're doing it! I'd say it's a perfect intermediate cardio workout, especially for those of us who can no longer tolerate high intensity routines!
