Billy Blanks - Tae Bo: Fat Blasting Cardio/Total Body Fat Blaster (DVD, 2005, 2-Disc Set)

This is a great exercise DVD. If you're not in the best shape, you can start off by exercising along and stopping when you need to and then coming back in, and Billy encourages you to do so. Then, as you get stronger and can finally do the entire routine, you can challenge yourself even further by using Billy Bands. I have been doing it for about 3 weeks now, without Billy Bands, and my husband and I have both noticed that my body is changing. When I pass by the mirror I go, "Woah, I look good!" It's a good feeling, and it's even better knowing that I did it without having to resort to the diet pills, which I have done in the past. The pills work, but once you go off them, the weight comes right back, and with a vengeance! But with Billy Blanks' Tae Bo, I seem to be losing more and more inches every week I do it. I can't wait to get my Billy Bands now, and when I started I thought I would NEVER get to that level. But it's only been three weeks, and here I am! I love it. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight and keep it off.
