I bought this DVD because I had recently tried one of his other's. I completely enjoy this workout. When using my heart rate monitor, I burn approximately 450-510 calories for this approximately 40 min workout. You can't even get that with a run for 40 minutes! It does move a little quick, but after doing this once or twice, you shouild have no problems!
