Billy Blanks - Tae Bo: Fat Blasting Cardio (DVD, 2005)

Best tae-bo video I own,have both bootcamps and love them both but THIS is the one that starts working off the fat when you hit those plataeus once you start getting closer to your optimal weight!!!Adding the 8 minute cardio from the elite bootcamp series makes it a 1 hr workout and "finishes you off" nicely!!!!

It is a great workout if you want cardio and strenght training in one. Easy to follow if you are a beginner and if you are advanced it is a great workout for you too!

I bought this DVD because I had recently tried one of his other's. I completely enjoy this workout. When using my heart rate monitor, I burn approximately 450-510 calories for this approximately 40 min workout. You can't even get that with a run for 40 minutes! It does move a little quick, but after doing this once or twice, you shouild have no problems!

First of all, I haven't received this item after almost a month. Waiting on response from Paypal and Ebay to respond to my complaint and get a refund. How can someone collect the payment ASAP, but then take they're time with the shipping of items. I don't recommend this seller (zombieworldny)....he shouldn't be allowed to continue to participate on Ebay. Not happy at all.

This is a great cardio workout that really gets you burning those calories..Its about 40 min. of intense cardio I don't have the billy bands but it's still a really good workout for me. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight and get fit.

I got a great workout, plus im starting to see results in as little as two weeks.
I was able to follow the dvd well and I love being able to pause the dvd so i can do more sets. Watching the others in the dvd also help motivate me to work harder.

This is a challenging workout! I love ALL of the Billy Blanks workouts, especially the ones with the bands. However if you don't have the bands to use at first, I've found that using light 1-3 pound dumbbells increases your burn quite nicely!I am in better shape at 40 something than I have been for years. You will definitely see results in a matter of weeks if you just keep doing it! Don't give up...

AS USUAL, BILLY BLANKS BRINGS AN AWESOME WORKOUT TO DVD! THE WORKOUT IS CHALLENGING BUT FUN. HE MAKES IT EASY TO UNDERSTAND FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS AND HE KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED. ADDING THE RESISTANCE BANDS DEFINITELY MAKES THE WORKOUT HARDER, BUT ANYONE CAN DO THIS, EVEN WITHOUT THE BANDS.

I have really had a fun time with this workout video. Billy Blanks is awesome and does a really good job of encouraging you not to give up.
The moves are pretty easy to follow, but I felt that once you go to 'turbo speed' the moves tend to get a bit sloppy.
In the end, I feel like I got a really good work out and shed a decent amount of calories.

I bought the dvd because I want to see the way of Billy Blanks working out!
It was good but I excpected more fat burning work out instead of many excersices with the bands which are not included with the DVD!

I liked this DVD more than mosts because Billy Blanks and his crew really keep you motivated. I have never done Tae Bo before, but this DVD is definately beginner-friendly. Billy really goes through the moves at a pace anyone can do in the beginning and then he'll kick it up a notch for the cardio part. His whole crew behind him are counting and clapping, it's great encouragement. The only reason why it doesn't get an Excellent rating from myself is because it is kinda long for my schedule. It's about 45 minutes long and I usually do only the first 30 minutes because of my crazy schedule. Otherwise a great buy!

I am a big fan of Billy Blanks and this dvd is a new favorite! I am at a beginner/intermediate level and it is a tough routine but you feel fantastic when you finish.

After spending my 20's pregnant and having produced 4 beautiful children, I have also managed to keep an additional 25 unwanted pounds. I am a stay-at-home mom, and my husband is a teacher, so the money to join a gym is just not available. To be honest, even if the money was there, with 4 kids the time to actually go to the gym is not! I decided to look on ebay for a decent workout dvd, and found this one. I love it because it is very challenging, and I have yet to actually make it through the entire workout. I dislike the fact that I am exercising!!!!!! It is a great dvd, and it was an awesome price. And my 1 yr. old just dumped out a bag of popcorn into the air vent, so I must cut this review short!

This is a great workout. Unfortunately I did not know the Billly Bands were an important addition to the workout until I looked at the video. So, I would highly recommend purchasing the Billy Bands with this video to maximize your workout.

Great work out. It works your whole body. I like all of his DVD's. I have lots of work out tapes. Billy Blanks is my favorite.
