This is one of my favorite Billy Blanks workouts. 44 minutes total. I am 36 years old and enjoy the workout. If you are new to Tae-bo, just pace yourself and do what you can just to get the moves down and build yourself up. It usually only takes a couple of times through. Definitely recommended!
