Billy Blanks - Billy's Bootcamp Collection (DVD, 2005, 3-Disc Set)

I bought these for a friend, myself, and my son who is 17. We first saw this while shopping in Japan but alas, they were sold out. We're very impressed with Billy himself, he's the real deal! To be in his shape at his age is all the proof one needs. Adding to that, I'm impressed with the simple and effective workouts he provides. They ARE tough but they generally end before you drop! LOL! If you're not quite up to completing a workout yet, go easy, do half and build up to it daily. Once there, stick to it! My son did get his abs in a little more than a week! Nothing beats the feeling of good health promoted by a reasonable amount of daily workout. It's a natural high!
