Billy Blanks - Basic Training Bootcamp (DVD, 2005)

A friend of mine has this DVD. We work with kids with special needs and to motivate them we use this as a reward. Of course I had to purchase this one for myself. Billy takes you through his routine in a way that is beneficial and easy. This is one of the best and easiest programs to follow for exercise. I highly recomend Billy Blanks - Basic Training Bootcamp for anyone who wants a good fitness program that is fun, exciting and easy to follow.

This is a very intense workout, even if you do not have the resistance bands. I would recommend this workout dvd to anyone who wants a challenge.

Workout was great. Would recommend it to everyone. I have used his workout tapes in the past and i enjoyed them. They make you sweat. I like to feel like I worked out after any execise and this DVD does it for me. I will buy any future workout DVD's from Billy Blanks.

I thought this was a great workout. I was in the military and have been out for sometime. After having a couple of kids, working out has been put off. This is a great way to get back into a program without killing yourself. A very good starter for anyone.

Wow... This is an awesome dvd. I love BB. I bought the Boot Camp set and unfortunatly my Basic is scratched. I cannot wait to get it replaced... If you want a good workout, this is the one to get! :)

Very good work out gets your blood pumping. Good work out for those who are just starting shows basics to advanced.

I knew nothing about this when my friend invited me over to workout...
I was really sore afterward becuase I didnt warm up before I did his warm up. Otherwise this is realy what it's called: Basic training bootcamp! It will whip you the first couple times if you are not already in shape but should be good afterward.
The way it gets you pumped and is so simple to follow makes it a great, short living room workout.

1 band broke about 2 minutes after taking it out of the package.Zip-tied it back together.

not motivating or fun at all! the music isnt good. he doesnt even out the reps on each side of your body either. i would suggest his original tae-bo dvd before this 1!

For sedentary people like me who work out sporadically, this dvd is perfect even without using the exercise bands. the sets were just enough to make me break out a sweat but not collapse from exhaustion. I was able to get through most of the routines on the first session.

This video starts off a bit slow, but is still a good workout. The second half is a great abs workout, which was a wonderful surprise! This is a great DVD for those just beginning in Tae Bo or if you on a day that is an easy workout day.

Billy is very enthusiastic which amuses me, but the workout is pretty intense. Granted, I'm not in shape so it's challenging for me personally. I think this is a very worthwhile and helpful workout video, though, and I recommend it.

The dvd was really scratched and it skips alot. I thought it was supposed to be in good condition. It came in a timely manner though. So that was good.

Works great for me. I don't like high impact workouts, because I have a bad back and hips, and this is wonderful, even without the resistance bands. I don't have any of those, and this is still a wonderful workout! Very satisfied with it and will buy more Billy Blanks in the future!

Works great. I bought it because I've tried his other DVD's in the past. This is a good workout for beginners if you've been working out previously.

I brought the tape and was very impressed with the time it took to get here and was very pleased with the product.

i liked this dvd because you can feel it working that day and the day after. you can also see results from working out with billy blanks. my friend at this video and let me borrow it awhile then once i saw the results i was happy so i bought! :)
