Top Reviews 5 of 5 people found this review helpful. Good tough excercises. He explains why the workouts are designed as they are. Just as an exercise gets too tedious, he adds an extra arm movement, or says "5 more ... 4... 3..." it is just enough of a distraction to get through the rest of the repetitions. I don't watch Tv and haven't seen the show but, the videos have people (contestants and winners) who don't look like Barbie. They sweat. They even whine and taunt eachother a little and that makes them more real and more motivating. I'm an Army Veteran and this is really not like boot camp. It is more efficient than bootcamp excercises by working more than one muscle group at a time, none of the stress, and he tells you not to hurt yourself.
