If you bought the WII Fit for weight loss purposes thinking it was going to be a good workout and then was dissapointed (as I did) then this is the workout game for you!
It is like having your own personal trainer in your living room. After a short interview (height, weight, age, goals) You can choose a preprogrammed workout or create your own. I chose a preprogrammed because I figured they would know better than I as to which exercises would benefit me best.
Once you complete the interview there is a calendar of events. Your calendar is a schedule of upper body workout, core workout, weigh-ins, ect. Some days you will have nothing scheduled. On these days I usually complete a few of the challenges, which are challenging but also fun.
This workout game has three levels of difficulty. I started with the easiest because I am over weight and I have not worked out in quite a while and I started sweating during the warmup! But more importantly, they are actually doable, not like some of the workout videos you buy and are impossible for a person who is just starting out. I like the fact that I will probably never "out grow" this game.
Some other things that this workout game is capable of are; keeping track of other exercise activities that you do outside the game, keeping track of your calorie intake and how many you burn during your workout and tracks your weight loss or gain. You can do your workouts utilizing the WII Fit board or not.
This purchase is one of the most satisfying ones that I have ever made.
