This book “The Biggest Loser 30-day Jump Start” is excellent instruction for weight loss. The 30 days are mapped out with exercise and food ideas for each day as well as questions to think about like “what is your motivation to lose weight and what new habits will sustain this lifestyle change?”
The book is well written and illustrated, with comments from many of the contestants and trainers from the “ranch”. I got some new recipes to try and some questions about why lose weight to come to grips with. Recommended!
