
A really good, heavy- sweat- producing workout!

I enjoyed the first Biggest Loser Workout and was concerned that this second workout would basically be a clone of the first. I was pleasantly surprised to find that "Biggest Loser 2: The Workout" is different enough to hold my interest...and, like the first Biggest Loser DVD, it can give you a super workout.
In my opinion, a couple of things stand out with this second workout: first, Bob and Kim bring in the use of exercise/stability balls. Using the ball is optional, of course, but a good idea, as it supports your back and helps strengthen your core muscles.
Also notably different in this second workout are workout segments that are shorter, including special workouts targeted for the guys (upper body strength) and the women (lower body conditioning).
Overall, I like this DVD and will be hanging on to it for awhile!
