In the second film starring Paul Ruben's alter ego "Pee Wee Herman", they have more budget but lose some of the madcap charm of the first film.
Kris Kristopherson stars along Rubens, and Valeria Golino in one of her first American film roles. Just goes to show, more money doesn't make a better film.
