About 10 years ago my husband became a true Christian through a niece who gave him The Promise Bible. He became so enthusiastic about finding the "TRUTH" and he starting sharing his new found faith, that he purchased the same title every chance he got. 10 years came and went and all the Bible's he bought were given away with exception of the original one he received. His Bible was starting to fall apart and he had hinted that he wanted a new one. I searched the book stores and it was no longer in print. One day I just typed in the Promise Bible in the eBay search engine and there it was! This one was a Hard Cover Promise Bible.
When he got home several days later he quickly ripped open the package and smiled from ear to ear! Thank you for this treasured gift! Angela

Thank you for voting. If your vote meets our Bible The PromiseI am so happy to have purchased this book. It is in the contemporary english version making it easy to read and understand. Just with the little I have read it has changed my outlook on life completely. I have to tell every single person I know (and don't know) to read it. With this I say that I highly recommend it to everyone. I wish I could find another copy like this in ebay.
