Written and directed by Rainer Werner Fassbinder, set in Spain, this is a movie about "the movie shoot from hell" where the director doesn't show up, the screenplay isn't available, and nudity is used as a way of killing time-- as a plot device, plus as a visual on the screen.
No, it does not make sense, but it is not that bad, either, so if you like Fassbinder, buy it, if not, pass.
