What a great book! Everything from basic bread recipes to gourmet delights, with recipes designed for either regular or large loaves. Everything in this book will delight SOMEONE in your family!

I bought a bread machine several years ago but had lost the instructions. I found instructions for all bread machines at hillbillyhousewife.com, so decided to bring my machine out of mothballs. I bought Betty Crocker beacuse of the name. The recipes are well laid out for both 1 and 1-1/2 pound loaves. My success rate has been wonderful with all of the EASY recipes I have tried. One caveat, I think the recipes call for too much salt. I am currently working on reducing the salt with good results.

Agreat cookbook for any level of breadmaker. The instrucyions are easy to follow. The results are fabulous abd the pictures are enticing. A steal at any price

) This book was very easy to use. Simple instructions and uses ingredients most people have in there pantry. I would definately recommend to every one I know.
