    The last hardcover book I bought by Bisquick was in 2000 and now they have a newer one out that I snatched up called "Ultimate Bisquick!"
    We all know and love the Bisquick classics like their pancakes and strawberry shortcake and biscuits, but now this new book includes how to make pizza crusts and gravies, plus hundreds of other recipes that are Heart Smart. Yes....this is the healthier version of the other cookbooks! It has about 280 pages with 20 of those back-of-the-box favorites. There are a lot of 30 minutes meals and lots of color photos, which we all appreciate! Some of the recipes inside are "Do-Ahead Breakfast Cake,"...."Easy Hamburger Pot Pie,"....."Barbecue Beef Cheese Melts,"....."Deep Dish Taco Supreme,"...."Double-Streusel Coffee Cake,"....."1-2-3 Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies," plus so much more. Now I have a healthier companion to my older book.
