My other half read a copy at her cousin's house and was delighted with the content and presentation. We have many cook books in our collection, but few are refered to as frequently as this one. And the cost can't be beaten.

THOUG THE MAJORITY OF THE RECIPES HAVE CHEESE IN THEM IF YOU USE ONLY BISQUICK'S NEW LOW FAT MIX AND DOUBLE THE # OF EGGS AND USE ONLY THE WHITES YOU CAN MAKE SOME REALLY FAST, EASY DINNERS. I STUDIED THE BOOK FOR THE RECIPES I WANT TO MAKE WITH COMMON PROTIEN LEFTOVERS I HAVE....I THINK IT'S MY MOST USED COOKBOOK NOW.

Easy recipes, good tasting, great pictures!
) I actually bought this to de-carb the recipes by using a low carb baking mix in place of the Bisquick. We've only made one recipe so far, the Taco Pie, and it was delicious and worked fine with the low carb baking mix. The choice of recipes looks good and not too exotic so that people with normal tastes would enjoy the dishes. Lots of good pictures, an easy-to-use format, and a wide variety of useful recipes make this a good buy.

Betty Crocker Bisquick Impossibly Easy Pies bookI saw this book in the library and it had so many good recipes that I had to have a copy of my own. I work full time and don't have alot of time in the evening to make elaborate meals. This book has so many choices of great recipes that use few ingredients and don't take alot of time to make. It is amazing to see how pouring the liquid over the meats and vegetables actually makes a crust on the bottom when it is baked. You can't go wrong with this book. I just wish I had gotten it earlier as I am fixing to retire and this would have been a great book to have the whole time I have been working.
