I bought Billy's Taebo - Ultimate Abs/Butt because I felt I needed to work on those two areas. When I had the chance to try it, I loved it, although it was challenging. Both segments are great workouts, because you can feel your abs/butt being worked on. I recommend this to anyone who loves a challenge and wants to feel it working on the first try. You will see changes not just in your abs/butt, but all over your body as well.

I was very happy with the product. I realize how much I need to get into shape. I plan to workout with some other video tapes first then come back to this one once I feel I am able to keep up. I decided to buy this product to get back in shape after having my baby.

This Tae Bo DVD is such an excellent workout. I tried only the Ultimate Abs so far and I must say that gets you working extremely hard. I wanted to give up because my legs were so exhausted from moving them around so often but I pressed on and forced myself to finish the video. It really gives your abs a great workout though. It's a must buy if you love a good sweat and need to work out those abs; don't hesitate, buy or bid on it right now..You won't be sorry.
