I love this book! My husband is from an all Polish family and this book has easy to follow recipes and lower fat substitutions that really don't change the flavor of the dish. This book also has suggested menues so that if you want to plan a dinner it is all right there and with ingredients placed first ,it is a breeze.Items are listed in English and Polish so you can practice pronunciation.This book covers all meals breakfast, lunch and supper and a few desserts ( you know you need a good polish bowtie recipe (Kruischiki). Great for someone that like s to try different dishes.
