Best Motoring - Drift Bible (DVD, 2004)

The sole reason for this purchase was to learn of other ways to explain or teach a class how to drift.

As the DVD features, it'll show you the basic techniques needed for drifting, and it was very informative, but most of the techniques in my opinion would be best for novice drifters, not beginners. I enjoy many of the clips though, and as any other drift DVD, it has a lot of different drift clips.

Pros:
-very informative
-lots of clips
-good price
-shows a break down of things to do while drifting

Cons:
-rate of information is a fast
-not recommeneded for beginners
-DVD is a bit short (in time)

Overall, I would recommend purchasing it just to see a different way to learn drifting, especially by the "Drift King" Keiichi Tsuchiya, and it makes a great addition to your Drift DVD collection.

Learn from the best Keechi Tsuchiya. This DVD is fairly short but very informative to any amateur looking to start in drifting.

This is a very good DVD for drift fans or people who just want to see one of the worlds best drivers in 3 different platforms. Cant stop watching this guy Drive!

excellent dvd, highly recommend it to anyone interested in drifting. teaches the basics and advanced techniques.

This dvd was worth every penny. I have been drifting for some time now and was told to take a look at this dvd to help hone my skills, and give me some more ideas on how to perfect my personal style. It simplified every move that i had attempted, and using split screen shots, i was able to truely see what the driver was doing all at once, and how the car was reacting. Wether you are just learing to drift, or thinking about getting into the sport, this dvd will help you get your head straight before you hit the pavement, and will save you some money in tires figuring out how to do some of this stuff by trial and error.

Hi all, I’ll keep this short as it simply a must buy for any beginners interested in Drift. This DVD covers 6 starts out drift techniques and will being a little old in style they help all novice get out there and have some fun, remember practice make perfect but with a little extra knowledge you’ll drift like D1 in know time.

When I purchased this, I wasn't informed that it was in Japenese, with a translator talking over him, or that it was such a boring dvd.

Drift bible was an excellent movie to watch for the drift enthouisit. It covered everything you needed to know about drifting. It talked about how to get started and how to set up your car. The drift king was the host of the movie, and he covers all aspects, and monuevers to drifting. I would tell anyone wanting to learn to drift to go purchase this movie.

I saw an add about actions, and I thought that I will receive the books, but at the end I just received and email with a lot of web adresses where I can go in, but I didn't want to do that because of the virus, that may me mad and I wrote down a bad comment for this seller, but all the others where good, fast, cheap and can say with quality on their service and products, (computer microphone, blue tooth, cables, computer cooler, etc)

The DVD is hosted by Keiichi Tsuchiya, the innovator of drift as you see it today. He goes through 6 different methods for drifting rear wheel drive cars, and shows how different makes & models react to individual techniques.

Each section shows a myriad of in depth camera angles, and has great coverage all over the board via cameras outside the vehicle as well as several inside.

It can be played in either English or Japanese and has subtitles as well. All in all, a good purchase.

the reason i bought this DVD is because i had always been fasinated by drifting. one mf my favorite anime would have to be initiad D and i never get bore watching it over and over gain. the drift perform look amazing and it tempted me to leanr more about it. i scower the internet looking for a reliable drift instuction and cam upon drfit bible. i did a search on amazon.com and it recieve a favorable review so i bought it immediately.

the great thing about this DVD would is knowing that all the amzing feat and skill perform by the drift king is possible with a little practice and patient. the only draw back that i could think of is that it is impossible for a newbie to grasp the lingo on the first attempt. and the slow motion on the drift example is not slow enough. due to the 3 window feature of the DVD, it's almost impossible to maintain focus on all three window.

but with a little practice and persistent, any newbie could easily make full use of the instruction given on this DVD.

overal, i give this DVD a 2 thumb up for quality and exellence.
