I like the fact that most of the recipes are very easy to fix and plain everyday foods.
I bought it because I know how the Mennonites eat. They have a down to earth style.

Some really excellent recipes in this book, some good for large crowds too. Most are easy to prepare. I wish there were more books like this out there. Only problem is now many of my friends want a copy too, so I am buying another 10 or so, to give as gifts :)
