I chose this seller due to his feedback compared to others selling movies, YET, I didn't receive this movie with the others that I bought for Christmas. All the other movies were great, and the sellers feedback to me was great too. I contacted the seller a number of times and finally resorted to telling them that I was going to have to leave negative feedback and contact eBay about this. The surprising response was go ahead and leave negative feedback and go ahead and make a complaint! Now why would any seller want to go through that instead of just sending me the movie that I PAID FOR. Could it be that when you sell hundreds of items one negative feedback is no big deal, and that filing a complaint will get me no where as it has in the past. Filing a complaint is not worth the time to type out the problem.
