I have used many of the recipes in this book and never have been disappointed. Well detailed, simple instructions lead to great dishes every time. Just what I have come to expect from America's Test Kitchen!

Like my other favorite Cooks Illustrated cookbooks (The New Best Recipe and The Best Light Recipe) this is packed full of new recipes. The descriptions and pictures are very helpful
