This DVD is awesome. I chose it because I can still remember many of the lessons and skits on this show from my young childhood. This show has an excellent cast of stars that I really enjoy seeing the interesting characters like the groovy Dee-Jay, Milk Man, Broadway Bob and others.
My son loves it and so does my husband and I. Its a great viewing experience for the whole family. Oh, I forgot that this DVD set is also educational!

If you grew up watching The Electric Company, you'll love going back in time and reminiscening about your great childhood. I've just had my first child and I can't wait for him to grow up on the same wonderful, educational programing.

My oldest son..now a dad..was just born when this first came out. My kids grew up on it and probably learned to spell watching it. Its defenetly dated but my grandson is enjoying it. He's 2 1/2. theres a lot of talking..less animation than shows today..but he loves parts of it. Glad i got it anyway.

This one will take you back! If you were a child in the 70's and loved the electric company you will love this! My son is becomming an "easy reader." Of course the other part about this is hearing all the old slang they used. This is definitely a "Groovy" dvd.

I had been a very big fan of the public tv program, "The Electric Company." To have an opportunity to view some of my favorite clips from the show again after 30 years was almost too much to ask. It was great! i am grateful to the folks who produced it and to the folks at Ebay for offoering a place to purchase it.

A Trip Down Memory LaneI bought the Electric Company DVD for my kids (ages 6-8) because it was a favorite of mine when I was little. I thought my little ones would benefit from the phonics and my older child would enjoy the silly skits. It was a hit with all my kids and really fun for me to revisit a fave from my childhood.
