Berry Gordy's The Last Dragon (DVD, 2001)

You really need to buy this spoof type movie!! It is very cheesy, 80's style clothes and music. The good guy you root for and of course the villian. Berry Gordy got a good grip on a this comedy. Good 80's music and graphics.
I watched this on tv many years ago with my little brother and sister and it's still just as funny to me now. I was shocked to actually find it after all these years.
Has a good story with very minimal cussing. You'll "Shonuff" love it!!

This was one of my very favs growing up. I wanted "the glow" really bad as a kid. Dont forget who the "mastaaaaah" is :o) Truly a classic and will never die.

This movie ,I watched years ago with my kids when they were younger.We always enjoyed the movie.It was a good movie for the kids.There was Comedy in a Clean Humor, suitable for young children and very little Violence with only your Imagination taking over during several parts.My children enjoyed the movie so much,that years later they still say "Sho-Nuff Mom"It makes me smile at times and I look back and makes me proud to know that "Berry Gordy's The Last Dragon"was a good influence on my kids and knowing that the word they came out of that movie saying was "Sho-Nuff" and not a Disrespectful word....

Great 80's kungfu movie with soul humor and spirit. Bruce Lee Roy is a young black man searching to become a kung fu master. He is faced by adversity at every turn as he's hounded by the Shogun of harlem and is called on to protect his family and a beautiful TV personality. Full of camp, heart, and soul is a Must see.

This is a GREAT movie! You can't pass up The Last Dragon. SHO'NUFF! Bruce Leroy (Taimak) is a great character as you follow his quest to become the true Master with the power of "THE GLOW".

I am an 80's kid and fan to the extreme, so nothing made me happier than to find one of my favorite movies growing up, finally on DVD here. If you're into "B" movies, than this one must be added to your collection. I love this movie and would highly recommend anyone of the 80's to buy this movie.

The man that made Motown also made this film. Its full of offbeat colorful characters and kung fu hilarity! Its cheesy, fun, and completely silly. With a soundtrack that cannot be beaten, its definitely worth the price I paid to watch it again after all these years!

wonderful movie! I love old movies from the 70's and 80's...and this movie in particular has great music, action, love, and comedy all in one! Not a dull moment! a must see!

I decided to buy this movie because of a nostalgic feeling I receive when viewing it. I consider myself an "end of the 80s baby" and this film represent that time for me. I feel there's no other movie that combines Hip-Hop culture and martial arts better than this movie. If you're looking for sub-par acting, great action sequences, and classic 80s music don't look past this flick. P.S. The sub-par acting is mainly due to acting rookies Vanity and Taimak. Taimak was learning how to act during the film process.
