Benji (DVD, 2004)

I saw this movie when I was a little kid and I'm sure I loved it, if I could remember that far back. A couple months ago I watched it again when it was on TV and I couldn't believe what a great movie it still was, even for a guy my age. Naturally I thought of the crap that was on TV these days and then thought of my two little neices (no kids myself) and I wanted to share the story of Benji with them and hope they grow up to be caring animal lovers like myself. I think kids could learn a lot from Benji. This story is timeless, too bad the fashions aren't, and Benji conveys so much emotion without any words. Watch this movie with your kids, grandkids, neices or nephews, or just by your lonesome self and you'll enjoy every minute of it and want to save all the other Benjis in the world. You can not go wrong with this movie!

I bought this item because when I was a little girl this was one of my favorite movies. I wanted my little girl to have the same whole some good family entertainment that I had. I know she will enjoy it just like I did so many years ago when they would show these kind of movies on regular tv.

My daughter loved Benji as a child and now my grandson does as well. Very beautiful movie. The music is perfect and very moving. I can't watch this movie without crying.

Dogs Are Like People.

That's basically the whole idea behind this movie i think.

It's about a dog ''Benji'' who has his daily routine, walking to a family, getting food, then goes & see someone else etc. His daily routine, just like the average man, getting breakfast, going to work etc.

He meets this female dog, they doing there trips together & then something bad happens, the children of the family that loves this stray dog are being kidnapped & wonder oh wonder, they take them to the house where Benji sleeps.

Benji saves the day in the end.

Good movie for children, family movie & for women.

Not particularly my style, though loved it.

I bought this for my kids, I think most of us remember Benji from years past, so I wasn't sure if kids from nowadays would enjoy the movie. But they loved it!!!

I used to watch this when I was a child, and I wanted my children to share in those wonderful memories.

This is a perfect family film! Benji is so cute, and extremely smart! It was made to be seen, and see it you should! It is so adorable, and everyone who cares for adorable creatures will absolutely love it!

I bought benji dvd because I had origanially seen it In the theater when it first came out plus my dog issac looks a lot like benji. I was impressed about how
good of condition it was in plus the real low price also. I think the first movie
is better than the second one also.
