BenQ Joybee 130 (512 MB) MP3 Player

Decent little MP 3 player. Great styling, simple aaa battery yields nice long playing time (16+ hours). The interface is a little weird but quite easy to use once you get use to it. I takes a standard SD memory chip for easy capacity upgrade! So why the meah so so.. rating ? Three words; <b>FILE SYSTEM STINKS </b>. The player always defaults to the top of your play list, your single-all-genres-in-one-monolithic playlist. Also, initial access to the songs stored on a SD card is s-l-o-w. <u>Verdict</u>; hey these are averaging around $50 USD so given the price, and the fact that the hardware inside the 130 is getting a bit long in the tooth - nice, plain, no frills, middle of the road MP3 player.
