GREAT for working often over-looked areas like the neck and upper shoulder muscles. Also, isolates the section directly under the breasts. The warm-up exercises are all I can do because of S-I joint restrictions that I am having deep muscle therapy for. When I described the exercises to my chiropractor, he was very impressed and urged me to continue because some of these movements also isolates working the back muscles just above the waist.
