this product is great for beginners and proved very valuable when it came to
tightning of the stomach muscles and wittling down the waistline. The dancers made it easy for the viewer to catch on to the moves and there was plenty of time to move along with the dancers in routine. It was a great work out for your arms as well! I am military instructor and since purchasing this workout CD it is my main source of body shaping -and other female soldiers are interested in this CD to help with part of their physical training routine.
