I was let down by this purchase. I not only wasn't informed of the fact that something was amiss with my purchase. It turned out that when I sent an Email it not only took up to 3 days to get a reply but when I did recieve one the response stated it "must have got lost", they didn't even bother to confirm that it did. A few days later I was sent a message that I would get a refund, although I would have just preferred that the item to be resent, but wasn't even asked. I have decided to use another retailer.
