Belles On Their Toes (DVD, 2004)

This is a wonderful sequel to Cheaper by the dozen. After the father dies the mother of 12 children is left in the days where women were not acknowlged for their work. She took over her husband's company and astonished many. She was a wonderful mother. She knew what she had to do to keep her family together. This is a wonderful family movie. Great for all ages. It is about times around the 1930's-1940's. Great for people who love to watch old movies. It has been colorized.

It is a movie from my childhood. The movie was from a simpler time and slower time. Small things in life were important like everyone sitting down at the table together, brother and sisters sharing each others happiness, saddness, and anything that befalls a family. It is how the family stays together and works so all benefit in the end.
I bought the DVD because I hope we can go back to the slower time and enjoy our family and friends more

Sequel to the wonderful original 'Cheaper by the Dozen,' continues on with the story of the Gilbreath clan after the death of their patriarch. Movie is minus the presence of Clifton Webb but with Myrna Loy and Jeanne Crain the feelgood
family story is well carried by these lovely women as well as a good supporting
cast.
Lots of clean wholesome humor and can be viewed by the entire family.

This movie was difficult to find. It is the sequel to the original Cheaper by the Dozen. This movie continues the story of the Gillbreth clan. This is a great family movie.

It was a great addition to "Cheaper by the Dozen". It made an very important family very human, and one that all family with many children can relate to.

A wonderful light-hearted story of a widow with 12 children and how she survived her husband's death and went on to become a very successful business woman. I enjoyed it - a sort of "feel-good" story.

It was good entertainment without violence or sex. The acting was supberb, and there was not rock music blaring in the background, in my book that is priceless. Myrna Loy is as fantastic in this as she was in Cheaper By The Dozen.

Excellent Classic Movie, lots of fun for everyone! This is one of the best classic movies, and is often forgetten about...a true story! So much better than the remakes of Cheaper by the Dozen.

This is a truly beautiful movie! It is one of my all time favorites! It has humor, disappointment, and family love. You should buy it immediately if you have a family and have not seen it!

i bought it because it is an all time favorite movie that rarely plays on tv. was a little disappointed that the cover was in japanese but the movie is in english.
