The book came in a timely manner, however it was an older version of book when the picture posted was for the newer edition. The book was in great condition and I am happy with my purchase.

i really like this book, it's intruiging and keeps me reading. I enjoy the fact that it's Anne Rice capable of writing from another perspecitve.

This book was all that i had expected of it and more. as a fan of anne rice's vampire chronicles, i was interested to read her erotic novels. the writing was very good, not to cheesy like many romance novels i have read. i highly recommend!

Second in the series, not as heavy on the eroticism I really liked in the other two. Still a good story line, very imaginative. Heavier on the same-sex relationships than the first was.

Many people liked this book better than The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty where the story takes place in the castle. This one focuses on being sent to the Village and I felt it was a bit too focused on Tristan and his master Nicolas. I was a little bored by it. I am hoping that Beauty's Release is much better as it takes place in the Sultan's palace, and the writing is more ornate and descriptive. Thank you,

The book was horrible. It seemed to touch on all phases of sexuality but none made sense. It started out as a love story but the characters were someone how in a setting whereas slaves existed and they did the unspeakable to the men and women. The storyline was confusing, it appeared the writer continued to write whatever came to mind. It turned out to be quite silly and before I got midway in the book.l ceased reading it. This is the worse reading of eroticism i've ever encountered!

I like everything about the book. It's highly arousing for a woman. I can't say if it is for a man or not, simply because I'm a female.I like this book (and series)because it is tasteful and very well written. It is not vulgar and it's very creative. It gives great ideas.It is all about pleasure without prejudice, also it's not judgemental in any way. It is a very nice fantasy. It shows how good sex can be (or should be). I bought it because I like to re-read (or revisit) parts of it which aroused me. So, I think it is smart to keep it handy.

This is a very original book. Unlike any other- even those by Anne Rice. The story is set hundreds of years ago in a far away fantasy land where royal peoples undergo a period of sexual "slavery" before rising to power.In this 2nd installment, Beauty is sent to the "Village" to be punished for her resistance. It is here that she meets Tristan-- her first REAL love interest, and a fellow slave. Readers follow Beauty and Tristan as they are punished daily and continually schooled in the ways of servitude. This book has numerous scenes involving homo and bi-sexual activity, as well as group sex. Be prepared for some hardcore BDSM in this one! Very, well, *interesting!*
A must read if you love Erotic Fiction. As always, Anne Rice's elegant voice presents this story in beautifully.

This is the best erotica book I have ever read. This is 1 of 3 books. All of them are equally great! With every page turn I wonder how it can get any worse/better for the characters! Every page turn is a surprise. How did Anne Rice come up with this? I recommend this book to my friends.
