A Beautiful Mind (DVD, 2002, Limited Edition Packaging; Full Frame; Awards Edition)

It's a great movie, and I received it in excellent condition at a very reasonable price. The seller was honest in his description of his merchandise.

I saw this movie when it first came out. I was delighted with it then and still am to this day. I work in the mental health field and this movie is a great example of what people with a mental illness can achieve. It's one of those films that I can watch time and time again and never tire of it.

Great DVD. Just like described. The DVD was brand-new and had limited edition packaging. It is quite possibly one of the greatest movies of all time. So thanks again!!!

I bought this movie because my wife said this is a good one and I love Russell Crowe as an actor. I like this movie because it tought me a few things about people. I never knew what scitzofrenia was really about. I just thought it meant the people that had it were crazy. But I learned it's not that they are crazy it's just that they've got a disease that they can not help.No matter how intelligent you are, Bad things can happen to you and when you think you've gaot rough, watch a movie like this and realize how good you've got it.

One of the greatest movies of all time. I'm a screenwriter and I can only have hopes of one day writing a piece of this magnitude. Crowe is priceless in this film. Howard outdid himself. Everything comes together excellent. Plus, the actress playing his wife is very beautiful.

I have not yet watched the movie. I bought it because my 31 year old son has a simular disorder. The reason I haven't watched it is because my son passed away on March 10 in a snowboarding accident in Lake Tahoe Nevada. I have not been able to bring myself to watch the movie yet. I can write review in some time, but I can't say for sure when....

This true story reveals the reality of having a mental disorder. This character is socially disfunctional but extremely intelligent. He even falls in love. His schizophrenia begins to take over his life until finally his co workers get him help. It also shows the devistation of being married to someone with mental illness. A dedicated wife who gives up a normal life to stay with her husband so he could have as much of a normal life as possible. Amazing movie!!!

A brilliantly made film, "A Beautiful Mind" examines the many workings of a schizofrenic (sp) mind, mixing it with a wonderful thrill of suspense, drama, and adventure. A truly inspiring and moving film.

This true life story is one of the best movies I have ever seen. A perfect example of overcoming personal trauma and ending up changing the world.

An awesome tale of brainiac John Nash, and his struggle with his mental stability. A great story, a great cast, a great acting job. All around great movie. 4.75/5 stars.

This is one of the best movies I have ever seen. It's based on a true story. It's about a life of the famous John Nash who had schizophrenia and how he overcame it. If you like phsycology, you will sure like this movie.

I am a Russell Crowe fan anyway and I had never saw this movie. it was well worth the little money I spent to purchase it. this is absolutely one of his best works ever. I recommend any other fans to check this out for sure!

I love the depiction of victory over a condition which can be overcome by a lot of prayer and self-will. I have a friend, a Vietnam veteran, who has suffered from schizophrenia for years. He hears voices and sees things that aren't really there. Just as the subject of this movie, my friend has a brilliant mind. Watching the movie gave me a better grasp of what my friend is feeling at those times when his behavior is somewhat erratic. There was no part of the movie that I actually disliked, but was somewhat disturbed by the graphic depiction of the electrical shock treatments.
The movie was well-written, the acting was superb, and the director did an excellent job!

This movie is the type of movie you will watch once and at the ending be like what?!? I so was amazed at the end. It has a little twist. Nothing bad, but it will make you watchi it AGAIN. Then when you watch it again and you know how it ends you see all the things in the movie that you didn't notice before. I will say from the birds to this guy's friends. I won't say more because it will ruin it, but I know you think that sounds weird, but you will see what I mean when you see it. This is also a true story, and goes into the mind of the person and gives you some sort of insight to the subject. I am trying not to ruin the movie by telling what goes on in it. It is to good to ruin it! Russel Crow does a fabulous job with his character!!! FABULOUS! I loved this movie from the beginning to the END! the end is the best, this is a movie I can watch over and over again and not get bored. And since I have seen it like 5 or 6 times, every time I watch it I see something new! You will like it! I haven't met anyone who hasn't liked it. It has to be one of the best movies I have seen! In my whole life! I highly recommend it! You will like it!
