so many beatles songs to choose from, this is one of the best though, they are and will go down in histlry as one of the best all time

While it is the Beatles, I am so very disappointed that "BIRTHDAY" was not included in this collection. If you do not like the Beatles, then do not listen to this collection, because you just might change your mind.

This is a great album of the Beatles #1 hits - for the music itself it would receive a 5. However, it still is missing a great many of their songs that I love and find essential for any Beatles fan. If you want a complete compilation of their songs I would get the two 2-disc albums 1962-1966, and 1967-1970. If you are just a casual Beatles fan this album is sufficient.

I bought this CD to replace older media types of this music. The cost was very reasonable. The service was prompt. It was stated to be new and sealed. It was sealed, but the case fell apart immediately upon opening. This did not effect the music or quality of the CD. Overall, it was a very good transaction and purchase.

As always, the music from the Fab 4 will last longer than most bands.
This is just another grouping of their songs (to get more $) but it's hard to go wrong with the Liverpool Lads.

Wonderful collection of the oldies that made us fall in love with the Beatles. As a fan, you are guaranteed to sing a-long to all the tracks.

I grew up listening to Pat Boone and others. Through the years I have liked some Beatles songs so I decided to buy this cd. The price was good !

i bought cd because i am a beatles fan and can listin to cd all the way through no skipping any songs a great deal at a good price. if your a beatles fan this is a great cd all number 1 hits most of all the beatles best songs.

I bought The Beatles Album 1 as it had 27 hit songs on one CD. The CD evoked so many memories while growing up during the time period of "The Fab Four"
Twenty two of the initial songs were clear. Unfortunately, this particular disc was flawed and the last 5 songs skipped or were very scratchy. Had this particular disc been without flaw, I would have rated this album-The Beatles as excellent.

Enjoy each and every song! Wanted it, saw it, bought it! Many CD's by The Beatles have one or more songs that I like. This one had them all including HELP which certainly applies to me since I am getting ancient. All the other songs are number quality and The Beatles were the very best group in that era.

How can Beatles #1 hits be anything but XLent!!! Of course there are countless additional Beatles selections that rate as landmark songs in music history, but I guess there can only be so many on a single CD!

This was a lot of 14 used cd's that acutally turned out to be more than listed. The item pictured 13 cd's but only listed 12. There was an extra cd, although it appears greatly scratched, that was included. In addition, one set was listed as 2 cd's and was in fact a 4 cd collection. A couple of the discs had been autographed as well. Though the names on the Steppenwolf cd were not all original members, at least one was, and the Hermans' Hermits cd had at least 2 original member autographs. Very cool find. Thanks.

I DID MEMORIZE ALL OF THE LYRICS THOUGH,,BUT TIME WENT BY AND I HAD FORGOT ABOUT THAT ERA IN LIFE,,UNTIL I WAS SEARCHING EBAY FOR CD'S AND CAME ACROSS THE BEATLES 1 CD,,INSTANTLY I PURCHASED THIS ONE AND WHEN I RECIEVED IT,,I PLAYED IT AND ALL OF THE MEMORIES CAME BACK TO ME,,WHAT AN AWESOME FEELING!
