This authorized, limited-edition 8-cassette box set contains exact copies of eight well-known Zappa bootlegs: AS AN AM, THE ARK, FREAKS & M************, UNMITIGAYED AUDACITY, ANY WAY THE WIND BLOWS, TIS THE SEASON TO BE JELLY, SAARBRUCKEN 1979 and PIQUANTIQUE.
This box set is released only on cassette to duplicate the original bootlegs, with original sound quality left as it was recorded. CDs of the individual titles are available separately. The plain cardboard box opens up to reveal a pop-up cartoon of a bootlegger getting busted at a Zappa concert. Each box comes with a limited-edition "Beat The Boots" T-shirt and button.
