Beam Industries 2775 Serenity Plus Central System Cleaner

The unit title and brand names are incorrect. This unit is an Aggresor brand unit. The feature listing is also inaccurate. I initially complaint about the brand name problem saying that he send me the wrong unit. He said it was the right unit. Beam vs. private label Aggresor?!? I also bought the unit because the listing says that it comes with it's own inlet for garage use etc. His response for missing that little description error was to send me a regular wall inlet?? He declined to pay for my contractor costs to have the drywall pulled to install the inlet and patched back together.

If you are happy with a surprise in a box with no warranty paperwork, this might be the way to go. This unit came direct ship from the factory.
