Beam Industries 2775 Serenity Plus Central System Cleaner

The unit title and brand names are incorrect. This unit is an Aggresor brand unit. The feature listing is also inaccurate. I initially complaint about the brand name problem saying that he send me the wrong unit. He said it was the right unit. Beam vs. private label Aggresor?!? I also bought the unit because the listing says that it comes with it's own inlet for garage use etc. His response for missing that little description error was to send me a regular wall inlet?? He declined to pay for my contractor costs to have the drywall pulled to install the inlet and patched back together.

If you are happy with a surprise in a box with no warranty paperwork, this might be the way to go. This unit came direct ship from the factory.

vaccum was soposed to be a beam 2775 serenity plus. when it came in 17 days later it was a aggresor . i have never herd of this produt.

I bought this item because I had always wanted a central vacuum. This seemed like a great value to me. To my surprise, I didn't get the item I bid on, and was sent a substitution. I got educated and am happy with my purchase. I was treated well by the seller and would buy from again.

Gone - Thank God no money exchanged. Don't buy from. Reappeared so I went thru with exchange - Wrong brand, wrong model, wrong capacity but at least I got something. Don't know brand so if I need warranty of parts I'm out of luck.

It was a new vacuum but not a beam vacuum cleaner that I was to receive. I am very disappointed in this product and the seller

THIS PRODUCT IS MADE BY BEAM INDUSTRIED WHICH IS MADE BY ELECTROLUX... UNIT IS ONLY WARRANTIED BY THE COMPANY YOU PURCHASED IT FROM NOT BY ELECTROLUX DIRECTLY. OTHERWISE PRODUCT WORKS FINE
