Battlestar Galactica Season 2.0 - Great Product!

I am a huge Battlestar Galactica fan. Basically if you like the show you're going to like the DVD. I considered buying it new in stores but it was so expensive, like fifty-five dollars on average. I bought a used copy for around twenty-five at a local store, but you can get a good deal on a used copy on Ebay, too.
It IS season 2.0, so it only has the first half of the season. (The second half hasn't been released on DVD yet.)The DVD also includes the podcasts, commentary about the episodes by Ronald D. Moore, for most of the episodes. It also has deleted scenes from almost all the episodes, which I really like because you can learn extra stuff about the characters that you didn't necesarily get in the show. For example, there's this one deleted scene in "Valley of Darkness" where you learn some more stuff about Starbuck's past. The commentaries also bring a lot of stuff to light that you might not have noticed or picked up on when watching the show.
I rewatch the episodes on season 2.0 whenever I have time. Each time I see an episode again I notice new stuff about the plot or characters. Even though I've already seen all these episodes and know what's going to happen, they are still interesting the second time around - or the third, fourth, etc.
Like I said, if you're a fan of the show, you're probably going to like the DVD. It has a lot of great extras and I highly recommend it. Plus you can get a good used copy on Ebay for a lot less than what you'd pay in a store.
