Don't think?

I'm afraid I was sorely disappointed in this book. Who in their right minds, would write that "thinking" is anti-Christian? The author actually says that women shouldn't think, they should just (blindly) follow the instructions given them. (parenthesis, my word). God gave me a brain to use and for centuries women have been told to not think, it would stress them too much, in other words, shut up and do as you are told. Which of course is why we are in the position we are often in now, namely second citizen status, in so many areas. I can't buy into a Romanized, stereotypical hierarchy. I don't think Jesus was promoting that. The Goddess meant for all of us to work and understand, and even when we are questioning her or in anger with her, we are still in relationship with her (and him!!). Lets try not to buy into the age old crap and work toward using all the skills we are given.
