Worth reading again and again. Basic Biblical Truths about the battles we all fight and how to overcome them. Down to earth style and some nice personal touches to bring home the point. etciketstores.com highly recommends this book.

This is a powerful book for those of us who are curious about the anatomy of the mind. It's a real relief to come to understand that the mind is a place and to start paying attention to what is going on there. I found a lot of peace when I realized that some of the thoughts that I have are not my own. That some thoughts are lies and the ways that the ways our mind is attacked. Looking to break out of some bondage? Get this book for sure.

We are all under attack from Satan and we always get hit first in the mind and we need to know how to distant ourselves from him and run to the Lord and turn to the Lord for all our help and guidance and this is an excellent book!

Battle of the Mind is a book written by Joyce Meyer. Our Women’s group at church chose this book to read and review together, with a leader to guide us through with discussion. We are experiencing Joyce Meyer’s witting for the first time. I would recommend buying from ebay to save money. Some of the books I purchased for our group were as low as .99 and some were as high as 7.00 so all in all I did save our group money by buying on ebay.

I enjoyed bidding on the books and will do this again when we finish this book. The buyers I bought from were prompt with their sending the books and the had reasonable rates on shipping.

After seeing how easy it was to check my bidding and bid if I needed to I have talked to a friend that sales Avon and she is thinking about starting this with sample items that she has shown to her customers to see about getting them removed from her showroom. This book is excellent if you are ready to overcome the strongholds Satan has on us. I was disappointed to read that someone actually thought Joyce was telling us not to think. That is not the case at all. It was more about not questioning God and about not being doubleminded...overthinking things. This book really is wonderful and I hope nobody is discouraged to try it.

This book was a hard one to put down and a real eye and mind opener. Joyce's advice is easily understood, to the point, and well laid out. This is a great book for EVERYONE. Even if you thought you didn't have any battles in your own mind, once you started reading it you'd realize not one person that has ever lived has been free of Satan's mental attacks...not one.

I didn't know that ALL the non-positive things I thought, felt, and said were the rotten fruit the devil produced inside of me...even when it feels we can't seem to think, it's because of mind-binding spirits Joyce explains. And changing my mind and attitude to ALWAYS be positive (along with prayer) will help me to live a much more free and happy life. There are things in this book I never heard of, but yet make sense and thoughts and feelings in my mind that the devil does, which I always thought was just me.

This book has a great many ways the devil uses our minds explained in here along with Joyce's own personal experiences to help us understand what she means. And best of all she includes many scriptures from the Bible in each chapter to help us know what is and isn't God's way of thinking and being.

This is one of the best self help books I have ever read that is just packed full of wisdom and knowledge and I believe every single person alive should read it and apply it. This book has helped me and I KNOW it will help you too! God Bless! Jesus loves YOU!
