I am a huge fan of Batman and loved the original Batman film. This film took things to a whole new level.
Although the original set up Batman's involvement in Gotham City, Batman Begins tackled the issue in a whole new way.
We get to see why Bruce Wayne follows his chosen path, how he came to learn his many skills and the rise of the characters around him.
The only thing I didn't like was the Batmobile, but that's my personal taste!
Christian Bale and Michael Caine are brilliant. Katie Holmes, maybe not so good, but she does ok. The inclusion of Morgan Freeman was genius and he pulls some elements of the film together really well.
Excellent cast, excellent atmosphere and an excellent film!
