Bat Out of Hell II: Back Into Hell by Meat Loaf (CD, Sep-1993, MCA Records USA)

I enjoy all music old and new and just recently my meatloaf album wan broken when i was in an accident and when i serched all local stores for a new copw there was none to be found apparently its a rare album? when i found it on ebay for half of what a local store said they could order me a copy for i was extactic and ordered it myself right away the whole deal took three days total i was amaized at the speed in witch it was shipped i cant tell you how pleased i was to have such awsome service absolutly phenominal....

hell" was a long time in coming for us
Die Heart Meatloaf fans.
But, as with all good things it was well worth the wait.

i like meatloaf because his song is not too noisy and not irritating unlike the others it's too much for my ears to listen, i like his two longest songs they're the best, i like everything about it, i bought it because it wakes me up specially when i'm driving..i want it for my collection.

i really like meatloaf. i already had the other 2.we know all the songs by heart. the price was very reasonable and it arrived very quickly. i would order more items from this seller.

Of course I like the music that's why I purchased it.

I've always loved the music on that album and it was offered at a great price. The one I had bought years ago, was almost scratched, because of the hundreds of times in which I had played it.

This album is amazing and a well worthy part of the Bat Out Of Hell Trilogy. Meat Loaf and Jim do a awesome return in 1993 to make the follow up to The 1st Bat Out Of Hell & they did not fail is a great album and deserves its title Bat Out Of Hell 2 it is just awesome and gives u chills in every track you listen to on it just like the one before it does.

While not quite up to the high standard he set for himself with "Bat Out Of Hell", this follow-up album by Meatloaf is still extremely good listenning. It lacks any stand out numbers, such as were found on his original Bat Out of Hell album such as "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad" or '70s make out/parking anthem, "Paradise By the Dashboard Light". There are however, several memorable lyrics like those he gave us in his first album (such as the "On a hot summer's night, would you offer your throat to the wolf with the red roses" introduction to "You Took the Words Right Outta my Mouth", on the first album). "Back Into Hell" is an essential addition to the collection of anyone who owns the original "Bat Out of Hell" LP.

This CD did not quite live up to it's predacestor but it is still one of the best pieces of music you can get. I finally got this album in 2007. Before hand I could not find it. The best songs on this CD are: I Would Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That) and Life is a Lemon and I Want My Money Back. This CD is a definite buy for any rock and roll or MeatLoaf fan. However the songs are rather long but I feel that is what makes this so great.

Jim Steinman is a living legend of Rock Storytelling. Operatic in the finest sense of the genre, yet with an unmistakable stamp of rock & roll, this is musical storytelling at its finest. The orchestrations are incredible, and the vocals uniquely and magnificently delivered by Meatloaf, it is the essence of Rock & Roll theatrics. This is as good as it gets!

Thank goodness I got it for $2.99. I didn't like it at all. And yes, I do like meatloaf. I guess I liked the old meatloaf.

When I first met my husband, 12yrs.ago, he had this CD. But in the midst of one of our moves, it became lost. I happened to spot Bat out of hell II by Meatloaf in an auction of one of my favorite sellers. So I bid on it and made sure I won it! It's an excellent CD.

I really enjoy listening to this CD, Meat Loaf & Jim Steinman are a great combo when it comes to music. The first Bat was a CLASSIC! This just completes the story. "Wasted Youth" has the best introduction ever! These guys can make this into a Broadway Play I feel. I really needed to buy it because I have a few songs on iTunes but I still had the cassette tape of it and that is very outdated! So eBay was the place!!!!
