Great book for my husband. Perfect to keep his attention and get him thinking about doing some butchering by ourselves. He already knew how to butcher beef, the reading about how to do other animals was fun and we can't wait to try some! The pictures are great in it and I think it will be easy to follow the instructions.

) I bought this book for my husband. I searched many many weeks for the perfect book. This one covers most large animals which we eat. My husband loves this book!! I am so happy I didn't but the other books out there which only cover deer and other wild game!
