) Very informative video teaching different abdominal exercises. Gay Gasper is a great, super-nice instructor with a great physique. Very inspiring. The exercises are done in two sets with instructions on how to make it easier or harder. The pace is very slow, almost two slow for me, but nevertheless, it's a very good video.

Ab workout not just for dummies
) This is my second copy. Somehow I misplaced the first, but it is such a good ab workout I bought it again. The routine is easy to follow and it gives you helpful hints and beginner and advanced techniques.

Basic Ab Workout for DummiesI received the DVD in a timely manner. I used the DVD today and it was great. I love the 10 min. ab routine, I only had a few minutes and it was effective. Thanks. Would recommend seller!
