Barry Manilow - Music and Passion (DVD, 2006, 2-Disc Set)

Loved the Barry Manilow-Music & Passion so much, I bought another one for my best friend! What I enjoyed the most about this DVD, is that I got to see behind the scenes & because it was a live performance I loved the feeling of sitting in the front row!
I'd recommend this double DVD to everyone! You'll love it!

Barry Manilow put on a great show. You will want to watch it more than once. When you
watch it you wish you could be there.
I bought it because I like Barry Manilow.

This is Barry's 100th performance at the Hilton in Las Vegas.
What makes it so different, as explained in the DVD, is this is more like a Broadway style production in parts.
You don't see that in his concerts and it shows his versatility and talent.
If you just like Manilow, I suggest "Manilow Live" instead.
If you love Barry's music. Buy both!

I loved this DVD! Barry Manilow is the consummate entertainer! His high-energy show in Las Vegas is simply electric! I was fortunate enough to see him perform live in Las Vegas, and this DVD brings back memories of that fabulous night. Barry sings most of his #1 hits and brings down the house with "Copacabana." Also a hit with me was Barry's piano duet with himself! A very entertaining performance; highly recommended. You will want to watch it over and over again!

I saw the DVD on public TV and had to have it. Wonderful video and got a very good buy from seller.

If you like Manilow you will like this DVD. Covers quite a few of his hits (Mandy, Could It Be Magic etc.) but you can see that on any Barry DVD. It was the new songs and his great showmanship that makes this well worth watching. I last saw Barry in Vegas at the Riviera in 1980, and let me say that, like fine wine, he has only gotten better. After watching this DVD I immediatly called the Hilton and booked a seat, front row on the stage. I knew it would be a show well worth the big bucks!

Very enjoyable presentation. A lot of people have made fun of Manilow. But, he's a very talented and dedicated performer who has enjoyed a resurgence in his career. He's looking pretty good for 64 years old and the crowd was really into his performance. I know about being 64 first had as it is my age too. He's obviously not in it for the money,as he is quite wealthy. Although he's far from my favorite performer,I'll Take Barry Manilow over some of this new generation so-called talent (Spears et al.)anytime. I wonder how many of the current crop will still be around in a couple of years?

It was genuine entertainment. Barry sang a little bit of old, new and even some songs I had never heard of. The performance, vocals, band, and stage presentation were all superb. Makes me want to go to Vegas just to see him.

I've been a Manilow fan FOREVER! I saw this on KQED and wanted it for my library. I recieved it efficiently and the quality is there. I would buy more from that seller.

The eBay seller goldmonkey sent the DVD via Media Mail, which is an extremely slow delivery method. The item was purchased as a gift for my sister's birthday, but that came and went long ago. Guess what kind of feedback I'm going to leave for the seller !

If you like Manilow music, then you must get this dvd! You don't just get to watch Barry perform, but the sound is great!

Never received the product that I paid for. This was a terrible experience and have not have satisfactory follow up from EBAY.
