Loved the idea of 1.5 TB, got it installed and proceeded to format and somewhere in the formatting process got an error. Then the drive showed up as a ridiculous low capacity drive w/different model number. Checked the forums on line and it appears to be a fairly common issue. Returned it and bought a 1 TB drive. I can't afford to loose 1.5 TB of data and I don't trust that big dawg. I'll wait til they get the bugs out.

Best 1.5TB Drive in the world today !The Seagate 1.5TB drive is one of the best values in the world today, is a rick-steady drive with high throughput and excellent MTBF specs. Other review here clearly received either the wrong or counterfeit disk drive. Have over 8 of these and all are hardy workhouses - buy this drive with confidence !!!
